At 6:06 p.m., a caller reported a car parked in front of a business on Freeman Lane in which one of the passengers was wearing women’s undergarments. Police could not find the vehicle.

I wonder if the passenger was wearing women’s undergarments because she’s a woman? Seriously, why do they even investigate these calls? As near as I can tell, no crime has been committed, unless of course being conspicuous is now a crime. In which case, they’re gonna have to lock up 3/4 of Grass Valley, just on GPs.
