Weird Roommate Behavior
Chadron, NE
2:45 a.m. Caller from the 300 block of Bordeaux Street advised he would like to talk to an officer because his roommate is acting weird. Caller stated that he threw some of his personal items away and now he is just standing there.

See, if he had tossed the personal items and walked away it would have not be so weird. But he just stood there, man… It was freaking me out.
