9:00 p.m. Caller from East Third St. advised a male subject in a Minnesota Vikings jacket keeps coming to the front door claiming he lives there and acting as if he can push his way in.

I’m trying to remember the last time I saw a Vikings jacket in Chadron—oh, yeah, about 10 years ago, during a family reunion, my brother-in-law was wearing one when he and about 30 other family members were tossed out of a local bar.
