Someone Stole My Dead Dog
Taos, NM
4:38 p.m. Larceny, 710 Paseo del Pueblo Sur — Reporting party advised her dog died at the vet’s yesterday and someone picked it up. They said they were friends of the owner. She didn’t know who it was. Today her ex-husband called and said he was going to bury the dog and she wants it back.

Oh for crying out loud! The dog is dead. Burying it sounds respectful enough. The x-husband is doing her a favor by getting rid of it. I say she should get another pooch at the local shelter and move on. Besides, I’ve seen Pet Cemetary…that x-husband is in for tough time ahead!
