At 11:12 p.m., a caller from Ridge Road near Via Vista reported that a cardboard cutout of a cat had been placed on the road to cause an accident. The fake cat was removed from the street.

OK, so it was placed with the intentions to cause an accident? Not hardly, i’m sure. Or was it someones personal test to see if people swerved to miss it, or accelerate and hit it purposely. There are people who purposely run animals over that they could have missed easily, and maybe the testee lost his cat in a similar way and place, and their curiosity got the best of them. hehe

Actually, the chef was looking for some “long pork” and figured this was the best way to arrange for a fresh delivery……besides, Flat Cat Souffle’ just wasn’t very filling. Although, it did garner rave reviews from the Low-Carb crowd…

They were just practicing for when they see the neighbors cat that (HOW DO WE PUT THIS Delicately)? pees in thier yard, sprays his trees, front porch, mailbox, any shoes that lay on their porch. When he finds the cat that does these horrible things, he wants a “sure shot” that he GOT the DAMN CAT.

Heh…heh…heh…I got the cardboard cutout cat in the road. Now, I’ll call the police and create a real commotion. I hope they don’t ask me why I don’t just go out there myself and pick the darn thing up!
