Information to citizen reported on the 600 block of W. Sacramento Avenue. “Reporting party has problem with residence on corner with Elmo doll on chimney that appears to be smoking drugs. Reporting party drives by residence with her kids every day and has called before about same.”

So is the resident smoking the drugs or is Elmo? And how does she know know he’s smoking drugs and not just some roll your own brand o’ tobacco?

Whoopy do—so, someone has a Elmo doll that appears to be doing some kind of drug……on their own chimney……..get over it and stop wasting peoples time.

People who think that we have a right to do anything we like- except offend them- really pi$$ me off. This meddlesome witch should have gotten the message the first time she called. If you are so afraid that this Elmo doll is going to warp your precious spawn (like living in SoCal isn’t bad enough) FIND A DIFFERENT ROUTE!!!!!!!!!!!! This person has just as much right to offend as you have to be offended. Chico is a big place with lots of streets, find another one to drive your brats down.
