When did my dad move to South Carolina? And why wasn’t I invited to the “go away” party?
Seems to me, anyone with a pulse would have noticed trucks pulling up and dumping tires. It’s not like little kids pulling toy wagons full of packing peanuts and tossing them out. Although, THAT would have been a bit more entertaining.

Oh…those tires are attached to the 25 cars he has parked on his front lawn.
