4:15 a.m. Welfare check reported on the 600 block of W. Fifth Street. “Reporting party heard loud thud 20 to 30 minutes ago. Reporting party now noticing water coming down through his walls. Reporting party’s apartment is getting soaked with water. Disposition: Had been drinking, female fell asleep in the bathtub, which ended up overflowing.”

Lucky she didn’t drown. Or maybe she was large enough to displace most of the water, and there was no room to slip down under what water was in the tub. Just speaking from personal experience.
