I beg to differ, after seeing way too many men in Speedos, that there can be a lot of cause for complaint. It may not be a crime in the eyes of the law but it sure can be a crime against ours eyes and sensibilities.

I lived in Italy for several years and all the men wore Speedos to the beach. I thought they looked pretty good…..
