Mighty St. caller reported a 12-year-old neighbor was riding up and down the property line, yelling at the line.

if it bothered him so much why didnt he say something to someone instead of screaming at it!!!!!!!!!!

I guess the line should have talked back, then the 12 year would not have to yell at it.
