Small Town Misfit

Western Nevada County, CA
At 9:14 p.m., a caller from Bitney Springs Road reported nearly hitting a juvenile who was part of a group of three young people standing in the road. The caller reported seeing one youngster who was dressed all in black and with what appeared to be a toy gun. Deputies determined the three were members of a church group.
