Officer responded to a 911 hangup. It was found that the caller was calling because a 7 year old male used his yard as a bathroom. Juvenile was advised and the substance was removed.

Personally, I am tired of paying for these people to go to jail, I think a more deserving punishment would be in order. Maybe Public humiliation, Something where it doesn’t cost the “TAX Payers” MORE money for retarded attention getting stunts. I think the 7 year old’s “parents” should have to pay to put the caller in jail. After all, the caller is a moron and the parents are super too. Then we get both punished which is what they need!

lmao shit in hand..yeah should have been a charge of some type for the caller..there is a non-emergency # for all PD offices besides 911.as well as CPS being called for the safety of the child.public humiliation would work well as well as some type of probation a 2nd offense should mandate jail time..the 911 opps are busy enough as it is with there “real” emergencies..
