Worse Than A Root Canal
Appleton, WI
A 22-year-old Appleton man reported being grabbed by the throat by his dentist. The patient became upset when all procedures couldn’t be completed in the same day. He tore off his paper bib, and began to swear while heading into the waiting room. The man reported that his dentist grabbed him and threatened him while they were in the waiting room.

Tooth decay from too much meth, I’m thinking. Anyway, the mention of a paper bib brings to the mind’s eye that of a petulant child running away from a parent and going off to suck his thumb.

I wonder whether or not the dentist had said the procedures would be finished that day? Anyway, the dentist should’ve just let the guy go on his way.

Man I hate dentist! Had a bad experience with more than one, so now, my anxiety won’t let me get back in the chair
If a dentist were to grab me by my throat, I would have knocked HIS teeth out.

Obviously, the dentist should have given him much more nitrox oxide.

Hmmm…I always thought West Virginia was abbreviated ‘WV’, not ‘WI’. Mayhap it is a typo.

It takes time to whittle a new set of false teeth. There’s no room in dental care for instant gratification. And have you ever tried to paint bare wood with enamel? At least twelve coats are needed before the job even begins to look half-way decent.
