Town of Tonawanda Police responded to a welfare check and upon entering the apartment found several marijuana plants. The woman begged police not to confiscate them because “they were not big enough to smoke yet.â€

Yea, I for one know that even if you did not plant them and had no knowledge of it, but it is on your property, no matter how dinky, they will charge you with a misdemeanor.

But I do know for sure, she knew for sure, that they were for sure, plants, and she planted them, and she for sure was going to smoke them when they grew up—lol

Maybe the cops should take her up on it… If they let them mature they’ll weigh more so the possession charge will be stiffer. She’d probably not bright enough to realize that the cops will be back, and probably won’t get rid of them.
