This I find funny, and also normal. I cannot count the amount of times that I have had the misfortune to have to explain to people that you cannot evict a juvenile from their home. It simply cannot be done, at least not in Georgia.

  2. Ronald Rodriguez Says:

    Stupid people do stupid things!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. sgd301 Says:

If it were legal, I would have been a homeless teenager myself.

  4. Adrian Says:

    ha ha ha.

  5. allen Says:

    loser!!!!!!!!

  6. leah Says:

hey at least she doesn’t have to worry about him calling her in as a run away.

  7. JACK Says:

If he owned the home and wasnt legally obligated to his sister and she gave him reason to want her out,he should have contacted familey services.

  8. Lisa Says:

That’s true for alot of us!!But I didn’t realize it til I had teenagers of My Own!! My parents used to tell me they hoped I had kids just like me!!Boy,I got that in spades!! Anybody else?
BTW, you can’t evict underagers here in Virginia either-foster care,yes- maybe if their emancipated???

  9. leahanne Says:

Well In most states you can’t evict a minor, althrough there were times I wished you could. Kids today are giving way to much freedom to do as they please since most states have implemented the child protective services. You spank a child and there involved, you can guarentee having a crap load of problems from there agencies.. They dont get punished for there wrong doings,so this entitles them to basically run rough shod over there parents , siblings, neighbors, and in general the local public.

  10. CHUCK Says:

HE SO STUPID HE CANT EVICT HER SO HE”LL SHOW HER AND EVICT HIMSELF.STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES

  11. blksheep Says:

Maybe he is her younger brother and wants her room for himself.

  12. K.C. Says:

I THINK ALL TEENAGERS SHOULD LEAVE HOME… WHILE THEY STILL KNOW EVERYTHING!!!

  13. Buzymom1 Says:

Too bad his parents hadn’t taught their children how to solve problems so that everyone wins. Also, why is it people still think spanking is “okay”. It is never okay to hit a child. You should not teach anyone that you hit people you love (or anyone for that matter). The difference between hitting and spanking is the formation of your fingers. It’s all abuse.

  14. Gary Geddings Says:

I belive if this was legal then most teenager would be left on their own very young…..I know I would and I know all my friends would unless their parents are just as messed up as they are……lol Stupid people

  15. Glenn Says:

To Buzymom1: what the heck does your sermon on hitting/spanking have to do with the story? But even here in New York you can’t evict a minor, but there must be more than is written here.
But for you, Buzymom, there IS more of a difference between spanking and hitting than the finger formation. And while hitting is wrong, spanking has it’s place. I was spanked and it didn’t hurt me. When needed, I spanked my children and they are welcomed in more houses than the kids that receive the bs timeouts.

  16. DIZZYMOM2 Says:

I KNOW THOSE KIDS JUST NEEDED A HUG,A HUG AND SOME FLOWERS,LOTS AND LOTS OF FLOWERS,PRETTY FLOWERS, AND A LITTLE FLUFFY KITTEN……….

  17. ccaldwell15 Says:

To Glenn, I totaly agree with you. I raised my kids just like I was, and they are great people and yes I spanked, and whipped their butts. Abuse is letting children get away what ever they want. You can spank a child and still love and show that child you love them. It’s because you love them, that you let them know when their wrong!!! And forget the flowers and fluffy kitty unless they earn them

  18. GHUTCH1029 Says:

It is sad to think that the world views spanking and abuse as the same thing. Spanking, when done in love and the best interest of raising your children is biblically ordained as discipline, a deriviative of disciple, which means to teach or train. The problem with our world is, we, as parents and leaders, have failed to properly train our children and they are now becoming our untrained, mostly liberal leaders. Only a fool would withold discipline from a child and allow them to be raised unrestrained from their own desires and pursuits. you are asking for future disaster!!!!!

  19. Iamfree Says:

In reply to Buzymom1…./what Bleeding heart liberal? Or are you not christian? Spare the rod spoil the child. I was raised with an occasional “spanking” along with my children and so far “WE” all seem to be law abiding, hard working, Good adults. I am very damn proud of my kids!!!! They are great!!

  20. bighat Says:

It dosen’t take much to show you how stupid some can be and let emotions get involved it’s out of control. I agree with Glenn when I say ‘get off the soap box Buzymom1′ nice segue to a completely difffernt subject, Hey !!! How ’bout those Mets while we’re on the subject.

  21. TallGaPeach Says:

I agree there is a difference between discipline and abuse. Without discipline, some where down the line, someone will be abused. Spanking is a technique that provides the child with a way of knowing right from wrong. Children are like us adults, we tend to block out annoying things we don’t want to hear, so telling them over and over, don’t always get the job done. Look at the crime now adays, since all the bleeding hearts have taken over. Spank, DON’T BEAT!!!

  22. teresa Says:

We really dont know the situation that is going on in the home. He may have called child guidance and could not get any help from them and this girl may have just been totally unruley and out of control, and he was down to no other choice. The next question, is where are the parents of this girl? Why are they not around to help? Maybe they arent alive or just wont have anything to do with the girl, or even him either. She may have been so unruley as to break things in the house, or even threaten him, who knows. My self, I would not judge what he did unless I really knew the entire situation. Probably the reason that he told the police is so they would what is going on and what he was goingto do, and why.
    Anybody agree with this?

  23. jdsason Says:

With a twelve year old boy who is 5′6″ tall and weighs 130 lbs, I have never had to do morw than let him know that spanking was still an option. The point here though is why would the man need to evict his own sister? And what actually happened next? But, really Buzymom1, get a clue.

  24. cute_but_wierd Says:

here in NY some of the teens could use an A** beating real good..running around breaking things and causing fights.for example yesterday while going out i witnessed some punk kids breaking a innocent very nice persons spinner rims and side view mirror on his car which he has put alot of time and money into working on.that kinds of crap needs to stop..dad is prolly in jail for drugs or robbery and mom is out on crack collecting welfare it is a common problem here.someone needs to do something.i know i got my a** beat a few times as a child and i didnt become violent myself i learned right from wrong.u cant toss a child under 18 here either there is whats called a PINS petition which is like a probation for a child, and if they violate that they can be put in DFY division for youth..kiddie jail..if his sister is that bad maybe thats what should be done

  25. 4rest Says:

Wow! This is so dumb! If you dont like your sister i cant blame you, but to evict her thats dumb, and then to tell the police, stupid stupid stupid.

  26. lovejones72 Says:

She can wait 3 years and come tay with me. Was there a picture attached to this post?

  27. blackpour13 Says:

to hell with with 3 years, 16 is consent in my state!

  28. K.C. Says:

I wrote the reply as dizzymom2. and no one caught the message!!! you should all be evicted!

  29. cavillor Says:

Fucking Christians. “Spare the rod spoil the child.” Your imaginary friend Jesus or whoever the hell spouted that shit is a violent motherfucker.

Let’s examine this idea. Spanking is A-OK because it molds one who deviates into one who conforms, if I’ve gotten the message from all the comments. Children need to be taught to respect firm limitations — and when they don’t, physical violence is the best teaching tool; have I correctly paraphrased y’all’s views?

Therefore, adults who break the law also deserve to be spanked. If physical violence is truly the best teacher, and if spanking is just /so/ different from hitting, then why should it be limited to those under a certain age? Imagine if cops could spank offenders, or better yet cane them repeatedly! (As opposed to cops’ current brutal affection for repeated tasings of already immobilized victims.) Then all the dirty fucking hippies would finally shave their hair, join the Marines, and be redolent with proper patriotism for this goddamn wonderful country we live in!
