The Dingy Squatters
Tracy, CA
A person on the 1800 block of Bayberry Lane told police that someone might be staying at an abandoned house in the neighborhood. The caller said the home’s swimming pool was half-filled with black water, and money stained with red dye was scattered around.

Sounds like someone stopped to change clothes there after robbing a bank. Not sure of the significance of the water in the pool, though. Perhaps the old tenants just didn’t care enough to cover it?

Yeah the red dye on the money just might be a clue.
We had a bank robbery here in Cincinnati on Friday where the bank teller slipped a GPS device into the $ bag. Police followed the device and stopped traffic on a very busy expressway going car to car until they found the duo who did the deed.

Ya Keeg and they were like 4 cars back from the roadblock.
I don’t know about Cali., but my grandmother had a pool for years and 2 willow trees above it and the cover always seemed to get ripped off of it during winter—in OHIO that spells BLACK WATER-LOL
It doesn’t take a detective to figure out that maybe the squatters were bank robbers! But you never know.
