The Pretend Paparazzi

A South Riverside Drive caller said there were 100 people filming and shining lights at his house. He said this had been going on for hours and requested an officer have the people turn the lights off. After an officer checked the area it was noted in dispatch logs that there were “no lights in the area but he is insisting that there is.”

ok so there were no lights but they fail to mention whether there were people with cameras or not.
