Hands Off My Balloons

12:25 p.m., 200 block B St. A female reported that while she was in Island Park with her family, a naked woman came out from under the bridge and started yelling profanities at them. The woman claimed that someone stole her balloons before she walked to a parking area under a bridge and departed in a brown vehicle.

this woman was so upset she was utterly mistaken…sounds like whoever they were stole her clothes but left the baloons entact.

Maybe her ballons are just not where they used to be these days. She should have checked around the knee area.
