The Lexus and The Boxer Briefs

Steven Jeffrey Fass, 49, of 22 Druid Hill Court, Simpsonville, on Friday was charged with indecent exposure.
A 56-year-old truck driver traveling south on I-85 called deputies to inform them that the driver of a white Lexus was fondling himself while driving the vehicle about 2:45 a.m. Friday.
The responding officer conducted a traffic stop near Highway 29, approached the vehicle and noticed that the driver was not wearing shoes or a shirt. The report also notes that the driver was holding a napkin and had a bottle of baby lotion and a pair of boxer briefs on the passenger’s seat. The driver was identified as Fass. Another deputy took a statement from the truck driver, who said the interior light of the Lexus was on and he observed Fass fondling himself while wearing shorts, and he later saw Fass completely naked.

I’ll bet if it had been a woman engaged in self-pleasure while driving, the trucker wouldn’t have called the law. Just sayin’…

Ok. So, the officer skipped the juicy bits and his eyes went straight to the feet. Maybe its in their training…in some states it’s illegal to drive while barefoot. The officer knew naked monkey-spanking drivers are a dime a dozen, but catch one actually breaking a known law, we’re talking bonus points.

But it was SUPPOSED to be “NO SERVICE” without the shirt and shoes… right?
I STILL hope they didn’t make him sign any…thing..
