Garage Madness

A woman called the police department just before 4 p.m. to report that her garage door, as well as some of her neighbors’ doors, had stopped working. She said others were randomly going up and down. The caller requested to speak with an officer.
On the scene, the officer found all of the neighbors’ garage doors shut except for one. The officer told the caller to contact the garage door company to find out what happened.

people have nothing better else to do than call the police for really dumb things, she should talk to her neighbors if she was so concerned.

Not do I only pay taxes to avoid talking to them, I refuse to learn a second or third language.

…besides, the police are much more accessible — you call your local friendly garage door company, and you’re forced to run a gaunlet of interminable menus, with their many and vairied sub-menus — ’til you’re so frustrated, you’re ready to shoot your neighbors — and if you DO actually get to speak with a customer avoidance rep, you’re still faced with having to be fluent in a second or third language! Makes you want to reach and… Hello? 911? Yes, hi… um… what do garage doors, and the Post Office have in common…?

Hey Oldewave, I am not a commie , pinko liberal! You don’t know me! besides I can’t help but be a more civilized person, rather than call 911 on every little thing. your comments were mean and unfounded, I just think people should be less phone happy, and let the cops catch real criminals !!!and not waste their time on silly things. In the future you should be more carefull and not call people names that you don’t even know!!!!!!
