A Temp You Can Count On
Boynton Beach, FL
A temporary employee was arrested after merchandise was missing in the 1900 block of North Congress Avenue. He was hired as a temporary employee to assist with inventory. On two occasions he discarded items in the trash compactor trying to reduce the number of items he had to count. Only the items discarded during the second incident, valued at $1,971.27, were recovered.

Thay should have explained in more detail, during orientation, what the sign on the trash compactor that reads “Discard Items Here” actually means.

There they go again! Profiling! Just because the person is a temp helping with inventory doesn’t necessarily mean that he is guilty of dumping the stuff. I’m sure his buddies that were keeping an eye on the dumpster for him would vouch for his character.
