A West Seneca resident, who was vacuuming a vehicle in his garage, became agitated when a police officer arrived to investigate a noise complaint. The individual demanded to know which neighbor made the complaint and said, “I’ll show them noise.” He also told the officer to get out of his garage. The man was then handcuffed and placed in the rear of the patrol car. He was issued an appearance ticket for violating the town noise ordinance.
