Friday, February 17 2:30 a.m. A man was said to have slit his wrists outside a woman’s window in the 1000 block of Eighth Street, but police found the matter not as reported. The person who supposedly hurt himself was doing so telepathically. A friend was contacted to see whether or not she could come stay with the reporting party.
