Fairmount Avenue caller complained about an ice sculpture resembling a penis on private property. Officer confirmed the complaint and he will attempt to contact resident to resolve matter.

Methinks the lady dost secretly wish to have the ice sculpture as her own.
(And why does she think it’s shaped like a penis? It could be a banana, a cucumber, a heat-seeking missile, Washington Monument, microphone, or any other object longer than it is wide. Get your mind out of the gutter, lady.)
