A Montrose County sheriff’s deputy arrested a woman Monday who had parked in the Montrose County Criminal Justice Center parking lot and was seen “staggering and walking around the car,” Undersheriff Dick Deines said. Upon arrest, Reba Frazier, 34, admitted driving her car after using methamphetamine, Deines said.
Two knives and a sword were found in her car, Deines said. She was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous weapons, driving under the influence of drugs, use of a controlled substance and a restraining order violation. Frazier told the deputy she had come to the Criminal Justice Center to bond her boyfriend out of jail.
