The Smoker

Colorado Springs, CO
Officers responded to the Wal-Mart at 3201 E. Platte Avenue in reference to an assault. When the officers arrived they were told that a male, Almustafa MUJIB, had come into the store smoking a cigarette. When an employee of the store asked MUJIB to extinguish the cigarette MUJIB struck the employee on the face with an open hand. MUJIB then left the store and walked towards a vehicle. When a second employee followed to record the license plate MUJIB confronted the employee and struck (her). As officers arrived and located MUJIB to detain him, he struggled and kicked Officer Inazu.

MUJIB was handcuffed and placed into a police vehicle. While in the vehicle MUJIB began kicking the vehicle door, breaking out the window and bending the door frame causing damage. In an attempt to regain control of MUJIB he was sprayed with oleoresin capsicum. MUJIB failed to comply with verbal commands. MUJIB then attempted to climb out of the vehicle through the shattered window. After repeatedly refusing to comply with verbal orders to remain in the vehicle, a conducted energy weapon was used to gain his compliance.

Wouldn’t it be great if one of the arresting officers was a woman, too? Towel-heads, take note: Comply when arrested or you will be charged with a conducted energy weapon!

Hmmm, I wonder why they just didn’t write “tazer”?

oleoresin capsicum? Someone either has an ego problem, or they just bought their first thesaurus.

Could be there would have been a problem with unauthorized use of a trademark. But my money’s on the thesaurus theory.

I had to look up the term “oleoresin capsicum” and found out it was pepper spray. So the arresting officers used pepper spray and a stun gun to control the perp. I’m betting that they just graduated from “non-lethal weapons training” which included 2.4 CEU (continuing education units)…for double speak!

ALL THIS SH– OVER A CIGARETTE? I’D HATE TO SEE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN OVER SOMETHING REALY IMPORTANT LIKE MONEY. THEY DID’NT JUST WRITE WHAt EACH THING ACTUALLY WAS BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO CONFUSE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND MAKE THEM (THE GENERAL PUBLIC) THINK THEY ARE MORE INTELLIGENT THAN THEY REALLY ARE…….MAINLY JUST AN EGO THING I THINK. SMALL MINDS

Hello, guys, didn’t notice where this was?? Colorado Springs…….home to the Air Force Academy, where double-speak is replicated in triplicate just in case there is the definate possiblity of an affirmative maybe that the appearance of a potential crime has been perpetrated.

Hyuck, hyuck, hyuck…………tha’s raht folks, I is edjumacated.

  7. sly2017 Says:

I am still trying to figure out what MUJIB stands for though……..anyone??

  8. leahmarie Says:

The report sounds like there’s a definite case of thesaurus abuse being perpretrated… and Sly, how ’bout “Minority Under the Jurisdiction of Immigrant Bullshit”? …anybody else?

  9. mhol160 Says:

MUJIB IS HIS LAST NAME I THINK.

  10. oldewave Says:

    MUJIB: “:”M”utha (be) “U”ned”J”umicated “I”n (case you) “B”e(thinkin otherwise)

  11. sly2017 Says:

I vote for oldewave. But I could be a bit biased since one of my words was so cleverly used. ;-)
