A resident at 8:20 a.m. said someone had alerted her that a real estate sign in the area of Railroad Avenue and Sir Francis Drake Boulevard was being vandalized. The resident said she saw a woman, whose red BMW was parked nearby, “pull the sign out of the ground and stomp on it.”
