Lantana, FL
Police were called to the boat ramp in the 300 block of East Ocean Avenue about a boat that was blocking access to the water. The owner of the boat refused to move it and said he intended to sink it in the Intracoastal Waterway to get rid of it. The man was charged with illegal dumping.
