A person on West Koch Street received a letter. It said he had won $1 million. An officer told him it was fake.

I get 10 emails a day notifying me about the different European Lottery drawings I have won, must have bought the tickets really late one night. Can’t wait until the funds are wired to my bank account. Can you say “PAR TAY?”
