At 9:33 p.m., police responded to Greenland Road at Ocean Road to check a report of a tractor-trailer truck in which the passenger had a bag over his head. Police spoke to the driver, who was alone and did not have a bag over his head.

Ok, so if he didn’t have a bag over his head or anyone else that may have been in the truck had not either, and the cop approached him asking him about it….I mean the look on the guys face when the cop explains the complaint would have been priceless! lol
