A plain-clothes cop in an unmarked police car was patrolling near Chappell and Water streets looking for drug activity when a 26-year-old Columbia woman jumped in front of his car frantically waving her arms to get him to stop.
She asked the cop for $1.50; he said that he worked for his salary and didn’t just give money away. The woman replied that she’d work for her money, too. When the cop asked her what she meant, she said, “I’ll fight, f#!k or throw rocks. How much you got?”
Then she lifted up her shirt, baring her breasts, to show him that she wasn’t wired by police. The cop told her he would meet her behind a liquor store once he’d gone to a bank to retrieve her money.
She waited for him there, and shortly he returned with a few marked police cars in tow. She later admitted to being a prostitute, a drug user and pregnant. She was arrested.

..Kudos to the cop who refuse to give this wacko broad any money, he should have arrested her right their and then, last I heard pan handling was illiegal?

Not anymore nightmare, all that has to happen is for a sex act and money to be mentioned in the same context. I can’t swear that is true everywhere, but I know a guy rolled up on a good looking woman in my hometown, asked her if she wanted a ride and lost his car. The solicitation charge was dropped for lack of evidence (he argued that sex was never mentioned and she was pretty so he assumed she wasn’t a hooker[she wasn't, she was a cop]). It cost him $900 to get his car back. Ain’t civil forfiture wonderful?
