Blackberry Roadblock

At 3:58 p.m., a caller from the 900 block of Idaho-Maryland Road reported a woman in a power chair and a young boy were blocking the roadway while they were eating blackberries. Cars were having to brake because they were located so close to the roadway.

The way I see it there were no sidewalks, and if there were sidewalks no curb cuts to get to the sidewalks. So what choice does a tax-paying than ride in the road? Give her a break and let her stop and eat the berries, It’s her right. Unless a road hazard put her in the chair in the first place. Survive and sue.

The caller must have been really bored. After all, that’s why cars have brakes to begin with — so they can stop. And at 4 in the afternoon there is not reason you shouldn’t see them.
But in the worst scenario…can you successfully pick shards of power chair out of long pork?
