Neighbors were arguing about who gets to park in front of a Hopkins Avenue residence. Police said neither was willing to give in or act like an adult and both were advised they shouldn’t be driving anyway, since both had their licenses suspended.

Sounds like a lovely neighborhood. It was probably the only space along the steet that didn’t have a junked pickup or overflowing dumpster in it.

Since when can you get away with driving without a license and when a cop catches you doing so you don’t get hauled away to jail , you only get a pet talk??? huh , what is this world comming to??

Was the cop acting like a cop? Or was he trying to act like an adult and lecture the bad boys into behaving nicely?
