Stolen: One Teen Slumber Party
Morgan County, GA
On August 16 a larceny from auto complaint was filed at a Eatonton Road department store after a woman reported that while she was in the store someone entered her 1994 Honda Accord and took two bags of items she had recently purchased. Included in the bags were a container of strawberry frosting, cake mix, cloves of garlic, two packs of cupcakes, a loaf pan, a plastic Kool-Aid pitcher with cups and three movies including: “Subject Two,” “Bring It On Again,” and “Scary Movie.”

this story reminded me of a line from the movie Dr. Strangelove:
Major T. J. “King” Kong: Survival kit contents check. In them you’ll find: one forty-five caliber automatic; two boxes of ammunition; four days’ concentrated emergency rations; one drug issue containing antibiotics, morphine, vitamin pills, pep pills, sleeping pills, tranquilizer pills; one miniature combination Russian phrase book and Bible; one hundred dollars in rubles; one hundred dollars in gold; nine packs of chewing gum; one issue of prophylactics; three lipsticks; three pair of nylon stockings. Shoot, a fella’ could have a pretty good weekend in Vegas with all that stuff.
