The War of the Bozos

Charges were filed against two neighbors who live on Chapel Court and Chapel Circle. One of the residents allegedly threw a hose reel holder at the other resident’s house, damaging a window. Two nights later, the other resident allegedly used a key to scratch the hood, trunk and doors of a white Lexus parked at the home of the thrower of the reel holder.
