The Signs Of The Times
Columbia, SC
Three men were arrested on drug charges Sept. 7 on Farrow Road. A cop spotted the men parked in a car in a vacant lot posted with signs reading “no trespassing,” “no loitering,” “no drugs allowed” and “patrolled by RCSD,” the acronym for Richland County Sheriff’s Department.

In their delusionally delirius state of mind, the ol’ boys thought the signs said “No Tree-pissing,” “No Littering,” “No Dogs Allowed,” and “Painted by the Richland County Sign Department.” So, neuro-technically, they weren’t doing anything wrong. :-/

No, leah, those good ol’ boys just figured them there signs were for some REALLY bad people — like the gang-bangers who just hang out around their cars, throwin’ trash down under the car (cause NO one sees it under there) and sellin’ drugs………..

The gang-bangers around here all drive mopeds and put a lot of effort into trying to fit those air shock thingies on them so they can make them jump up and down at stoplights… it’s really hilarious, and sad - and oh, they throw their trash under other people’s cars.
