Alfred vs. the Train
Beaver County, PA
Alfred Lee Andrews, 27, of 247 Richard St., Koppel, was charged by Norfolk Southern Railway police with interference with a train. On Aug. 30, Andrews was walking along railroad tracks in Big Beaver when he apparently sat on the tracks, fell asleep and was hit by a train, police said.
Andrews was hospitalized for several days and released.

I’m not sure I’m seein’ “interference” with a train, here. Messing up the cattle guard or wheels, yeah. I’m pretty sure that he didn’t slow the train one mph.

Did this take place inside the NS Railroad museum involving a scale model train? I didn’t think anyone who falls asleep on a train track and is hit by a train could be charged with anything, unless your estate is forced to pay for recovery of body parts and post morten clean up.

Apparently a very slow moving train…. Sly, maybe the impact didn’t slow the train, but; when a train hits a person, they’re kinda required to stop and investigate.

i think that if (like Ber) a train hits you even a slow moving one there wouldnt be nothing left but a greasy spot
