What makes you think it was a foriegner, iron? There are lots of mentally unstable people who were born here, and being Grass Valley and all, this guy might just be out of touch with reality and venting mindlessly. Hell, he probably wouldn’t know the taliban from a bunch of fuzzy puppies.
