Love They Neighbor’s Fire

Atlanta, GA
A woman called police about a man trespassing on the patio of her condo on Chaumont Square. An officer arrived and talked to the man, who said he’s the foreman for the grounds on the golf course at the condo complex. He said he noticed that the woman’s back patio was open, so he went there to get a bucket. He said he took a bucket so he could fill it with water and put out a fire on his lawn vehicle. He said if he didn’t put out the fire, the vehicle would have exploded because it contained 15 gallons of hydraulic fuel and 15 gallons of gas. He did manage to put the fire out.

After hearing the man’s explanation, the police officer asked the woman if she still wanted to press charges. “Yes,” the woman answered. So the man was arrested for trespassing and taken to jail.

“Hydraulic Fuel”??? I assume the officer inspected the burned vehicle, and verified that there was a fire. This coupled with the fact that the patio was open (gate standing open, no fence?) pretty much guarantees the charge won’t stick. I forsee a lot of hassles getting things fixed by the condo association in this unpleasant woman’s future.

Since he mowed every week, she had to have known who he was.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is the phrase “F-in’ Beotch” personafied. I’ll bet she’s the first one to complain about any burp, fart or whistle at 10 pm; every time a blade of grass is longer than the rest (and she has the Tea Cotillion coming in 5 minutes, don’ cha’ know!); or when the wind blows backward at the wrong time of day. I agree, Mike, this lady is going to find it very difficult to get anything fixed at her place for a long time to come.

Hmmm, doesn’t play well with others, doesn’t share… probably runs with scissors, too.
