“Religious Beliefs”??? Doesn’t pass the sniff test. I notice that the time of day isn’t mentioned, but if it were between say, 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM there is probably no legal basis for making him stop. I do notice that the report says he was “advised” to put it away, I wonder if an officer was overstepping his authority and glossed over it in the paperwork?
