Never Drop Poop In the Street
Atlanta, GA
An officer saw a horse carriage in downtown Atlanta. He noted that the horse was dropping poop on the street as it passed by. The officer followed the horse carriage and pulled it over at Andrew Young International Boulevard and Peachtree Street. The horse-carriage driver said the horse had been maneuvering around some construction workers and that’s why the horse was dropping poop. The officer gave the driver a ticket for “improper diaper.”

That must have been one stinky ride. I would hate to be the one driving behind that horse carriage , how gross.

Hmmm…Improper diaper? I need to check on my mother in law. It’s not the first time she’s been mistaken for a horse.

It’s the law in some larger city that horses used to pull wagons or carriages(through city parks, for weddings, etc) have to wear a “diaper”–something that will catch the horsesh*t.
Too bad politicians aren’t required to do the same.

I didn’t realize that Pampers came in super extra heavy duty… hmmm I wonder what they do for a horse with a major case of “diaper rash”???
