8:22 a.m. Subject refusing to leave on 500 block of Broadway Street. “Subject has not ordered anything. Has a very foul odor that is smelling up the dining room. Reporting party asks him to move along, and subject keeps saying, ‘I don’t care.’”

Officers responded to a 911 call from a woman on High Ridge Road and said two attackers were in her home holding a knife to her throat and hitting her repeatedly. She said the attackers stole “beanie babies” according to the report. When sheriff’s deputies arrived they found the woman in the house alone, with no marks on her and found nothing was taken. The women, who was heavily intoxicated, then admitted to making the story up.

A motorist at 7:45 p.m. had stopped at Novato Boulevard and Point Reyes-Petaluma Road to look for some kittens when she spotted a man aged 30 to 40, who was naked except for a fishing hat. She left promptly.

Gorham, ME
Westcott Rd. couple reported that they had been drinking and fighting off and on all day. Female stated husband had hit her. Husband took off on his lawn mower.
Officer arrested both parties. Woman had injury to her arm but refused medical attention. Both subjects were extremely intoxicated. Woman told officer she was overdue for her medication. Officer was having a paramedic evaluate medication to make sure she was not trying to overdose. Officer took photos of woman’s hand but she refused to sign a complaint.
Husband was charged with domestic violence assault and wife was charged with domestic violence assault as well as criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. Male was released from jail and went to residence to get his belongings which included multiple guns. The jail advised his wife would not be getting out anytime soon so there should not be a problem with him going to the house.

A temporary employee was arrested after merchandise was missing in the 1900 block of North Congress Avenue. He was hired as a temporary employee to assist with inventory. On two occasions he discarded items in the trash compactor trying to reduce the number of items he had to count. Only the items discarded during the second incident, valued at $1,971.27, were recovered.

Hodgdon Rd. caller stated there was a trash can with one set of footprints going to it. She was afraid to look inside the can. Officer advised it was a trash can and there was nothing odd about it.

At 11:02 p.m., a caller from a business on Sutton Way reported a woman was continually calling the store, the emergency room and the police department asking if she won the sweepstakes at the business. Police advised the woman not to call the business or she would be arrested for making annoying phone calls.

A woman called the police department just before 4 p.m. to report that her garage door, as well as some of her neighbors’ doors, had stopped working. She said others were randomly going up and down. The caller requested to speak with an officer.
On the scene, the officer found all of the neighbors’ garage doors shut except for one. The officer told the caller to contact the garage door company to find out what happened.

7:59 p.m. Caller requested an officer because her son is out of control and she doesn’t know what to do. Officer talked to her son and advised him he needed to respect his mother, share with his brother and try to help his mother out around the house. In return his mother would be more likely to let him go play with his friends more.
